Step 2:
Once you agree you will continue to a secure encrypted connection to fill out your information. All required fields will display an * . The box titled Extranet Password refers to the password you would like to use when logging into your personal Consultant Back Office area.

Select the Starter Kit and read the Online Consultant Agreement. You cannot continue if you do not agree to the terms of the agreement.

Step 3:
Enter your credit card information, Process Your Enrollment and finish the forms.
