Exchange and Refund Policy: Any item may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of the date of purchase. Items being returned or exchanged must have an accompanying original receipt as proof-of-purchase and be returned in new condition. If an item is being exchanged for one of greater value the retail difference and all applicable sales tax will be charged. Exchanges and refunds are only offered to the original purchaser. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any item may be returned for repair or replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect within 120 days of the date of purchase at no charge. All items being repaired or replaced must be accompanied by original receipt as proof-of-purchase. If the item is not able to be repaired, it will be replaced with the same item. After 120 days each item being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect will be subject to a $5 per item service fee. This fee, payable by check to “GemStyle” must be included with the item when it is submitted for repair or replacement. If your item is no longer available you may select another item of equal or greater value. Any additional retail difference and all applicable sales tax will be charged. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear nor accidental damage. Slight irregularities and variations in materials and workmanship or in stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual handcraftsmanship of each item and should not be considered defective. Repairs or replacements are only offered to the original purchaser. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks from date received for handling.
